Start Your Week with These 5 Tips for a Better Tech-Life Balance:

1. Set Boundaries with Social Media: Block polarizing content to reduce distractions and negativity.

2. Limit Your Screen Time: Just like a slot machine, endless scrolling is designed to keep you hooked. Set time limits for your apps. 🎰

3. Create Physical Separation: Leave your phone on the charger after 6 pm. It's tough, but helps in disconnecting.

4. Pursue Your Interests Online: Stick to content that genuinely interests you, like productivity, photography, AI, or tech gadgets.

5. Explore New Skills: For me, it was improving my writing and restarting my blog and newsletter. What could it be for you?

Personal Reflections: My daily routine is a work in progress. The toughest part? Keeping my phone away in the evenings. But it's a habit I'm committed to improving.
